Who am I?

My name is Marius Vogt, a German landscape photographer with a strong connection to Iceland.

I started photography in 2016 and quickly developed a deep fascination for natural light, vast landscapes and the quiet atmosphere that defines untouched environments. What began as a creative balance to my profession as an officer in the German Armed Forces has grown into a long-term commitment to professional landscape photography.

My work focuses primarily on landscape and nature photography, with a special connection to Iceland. The island’s volcanic terrain, glaciers, dramatic coastlines and ever-changing weather perfectly reflect the raw beauty I aim to capture in my images. I am drawn to minimalist compositions, clean structures and natural colors — creating photographs that feel timeless and authentic.

In the coming years, I plan to move to Iceland and dedicate even more of my time to photography.

Thank you for being here and exploring my work.
